Contact your mentor directly

You can contact your mentor directly through the Workshop app at any time. When directly contacting your mentor, you can expect a response within 2 working days.

There are two ways you may contact your mentor depending on your course:

Contacting your mentor through your 'My Class' section

1. Click on your course menu (☰) and go to 'My Class'.
2. You should see your mentor's icon displayed on the far left of the screen with a blue border around it. Click on this to open a direct-message chat with your mentor.
3. Type your message and press send.

Contacting your mentor through your course 'Overview'

If your course does not have a 'My Class' section, you may be able to contact your mentor from on your course 'Overview'.

1. Select 'Overview' in your course menu.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen to find your 'Ask Your Mentor' section, and click on your mentor.
3. Type your message and press send.
