If you can hear the audio to a video playing without the video displaying on your screen, please first check your device's audio controls are working as expected (volume turned off, device off mute, check not connected to Bluetooth headphones whilst expecting audio to play from device speakers).
If this does not solve the issue, please follow these steps to troubleshoot:
1. Close the video and re-open:
- Open a video within a session
- Close the video player by swiping down or pressing the 'x' in the top-right corner of the screen
- Re-open the video
2. Hard-close the Workshop app then re-open:
- Open your device's apps menu
- Fully close the Workshop app
- Re-open the Workshop app > navigate to the session to try again
