If you're experiencing issues or errors with your Workshop app, there can be many potential root causes.
If your app isn't responding, content isn't appearing correctly or you're having loading issues, we recommend force-closing and re-opening the app to see if this resolves your issue.
To force-close and re-open Workshop:
- Swipe up on your screen or double-click your home button (iPhone 8 or earlier) to access your open apps menu.
- Scroll to the preview of your Workshop app if you need to, then swipe up on the preview to force the app to close.
- Re-open your Workshop app.
