- Try an alternative email address to make your purchase or contact support to tell them about your issue.
"It says my card details are incomplete when they are complete"
- Refresh the checkout page and re-enter your payment details. This error message can continue appearing if you entered incomplete details the first time around – we're working on a fix for this!
"I've entered all my details on the checkout an clicked enrol and it's not working"
- If applicable, make sure you have checked your bank app/text messages to authenticate your purchase. If you're still having problems, please contact support.
"I'm trying to buy a course for someone else – can I do that?"
- Yes! We would recommend purchasing using your own details, then updating these to the course recipient's details in your account Settings later. If the person you are buying the course for already has a Steppit/Workshop account, please contact support to request the course be switched to their account.
