There are a number of ways you can get in touch with us, whether it's to share your feedback with us, get support using Workshop, or to report an issue:
- Open a new support ticket by sending us a message here
- Go to your 'Settings' within the app, and select 'App Support'
Except for times of unusually high volume, we'll aim to respond within 1 business day. It may take us slightly longer during weekends and holidays, but don't let that stop you.
What to expect
- We may require you to share some account information and other identifying details to help understand the problem you’re experiencing. One thing we’ll NEVER ask for is your password. Please do not share your passwords with us or anybody else.
- If you are 16 or under, please have a teacher/parent/legal guardian contact us on your behalf. If we suspect we’re communicating with someone under 17, we may not provide a response.
